True Homes Edgewater Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is located at the heart of the True Homes, Edgewater Community in Lancaster, South Carolina.  The community and championship golf course is located 45 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina.  The building program includes the golf pro shop with locker rooms, a 250-seat restaurant and a basement level with cart storage and concession stand.  The building will sit on top of a hill overlooking the first tee box, the 18th green and a new practice putting and chipping green. The exterior materials for the building include fiber cement siding, stone veneer and standing seam metal roofs. Luxury interior finishes have been designed by Soucie Horner. The building is wood framed construction with concrete retaining walls and heat pump condensing and air handling units.
